My name is Jamie. I created Deacz Physiques for one reason: to help people rebuild themselves not just their bodies.

I’ve trained for over 20 years, but the biggest breakthroughs didn’t come from workouts. They came from mastering my mindset, building discipline, and learning how to live in alignment while still progressing in every area of life.
The hardest battle was never physical.It was internal.

I don’t hand you a plan and disappear. I work closely with every client to understand their patterns, blind spots, and strengths  because real transformation starts within.
